Patsy Palacios

Biography

Patsy was appointed Director of the S.J. & Jessie E. Quinney Natural Resources Research Library in 2011. She began her library career in 1991 as a student aide. In 1995 she joined the staff of the Quinney Library as the circulation specialist and was promoted from there. She has seen the Quinney Library grow from a one-room fish and wildlife resources center into the interdisciplinary multimedia information center it is today. Patsy received her bachelor's degree from Utah State University (1993) in Forested Watersheds and her master's degree in Libraries and Information Systems from the University of North Texas in 2007.
