Biography
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Trisha Atwood
Lindsay Miller is an M.S. student in Dr. Trisha Atwood's lab researching the role of birds in wetland ecosystems and how geese populations affect nutrient loading across Alaska. Her interests in science and the outdoors began as a child exploring the foothills of the Appalachians, and were expanded upon during her time at the College of William and Mary, where she received her B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science and Policy. After graduating, she traveled from the southeast to the west and back again, working in a variety of ecosystems, from deserts to wetlands. On the weekends, Lindsay loves to cook, climb, paint and go birding.
