My research interests focus on socio-technical regimes and transitions as related to climate action. I’m looking at the US Cooperative Extension system to identify the barriers and facilitators for this organization to make rapid and widespread progress on climate adaptation and mitigation. I am also pursuing interdisciplinary research related to wildfires in California to understand if experience of fire and other variables influence people's support or rejection of specific fire management policies.
