he/him

Jeffrey is a PhD student in the Ecogeomorphology and Topographic Analysis Lab (ET-AL) where he is studying with Dr. Joe Wheaton. He has a background in sediment transport and depositional and erosional processes attributed to flow-field alterations. He brings with him extensive experience characterizing and modelling both stream hydraulics (flood, erosion, construction) and environmental flows (fish habitat, stream health). Jeffrey has worked for several international engineering and conservation organizations where he has established a niche applying ecogeomorphology skills and tools to fish habitat problems. His doctoral research is focused on using low-tech process-based restoration to restore indigenous food fishery streams in the Skeena Watershed of Northwestern British Columbia, Canada.
